Drawing up a quotation
In order to respond as precisely as possible to your request and guarantee you an exact price, we need to know :
The desired lighting effect
The size of the sign
The desired thickness
A vector file (PDF, AI, EPS, etc.)
Your sales representative will get back to you within 48 hours with your quote, including the ON/OFF design for your sign and all the necessary technical information.

Validation of drilling and wiring plans
Once the quotation has been validated, you will receive the technical drawings of your sign showing the drilling and wiring plans. A deposit invoice will be sent to you for payment before production starts.

Follow-up of your project
Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive an e-mail indicating the date on which your sign will leave our production unit. Then, as soon as it leaves the factory, you can track the progress of your project using the tracking link that will be sent to you. Finally, once the sign has been delivered, you will receive the final invoice for payment.
But don’t worry, even after your sign has been delivered, Kalisign won’t forget about you! Don’t hesitate to call your dedicated contact for any queries you may have.
